Booking Events

A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Deposits can be transferred in full or in part to a new booking if rescheduled at least 14 days in advance.

Yes, depending on notice given:
- 60+ days before the event: Full deposit refund
- 59–21 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded, or the full amount applied to a future event within one year
- 15–20 days before: Deposits are non-refundable, but a portion may be credited toward a future event within one year
- 14 days or less: Deposits are non-refundable. We understand last-minute changes happen, but by that point we’ve already staffed for your event, ordered product, and finalized logistics. That being said, we’re happy to talk with you to see if a portion can be credited toward a future event.

*Please note: if we’ve already ordered items like custom branding or non-standard items (perishable, non-returnable, or non-refundable), those costs will be deducted.

Complete our booking form, and we’ll follow up with a tailored quote and contract. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially reserved.
