Booking FAQ

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

  • If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Deposits can be transferred in full or in part to a new booking if rescheduled at least 14 days in advance.

  • Yes, depending on notice given:
    - 60+ days before the event: Full deposit refund
    - 59–21 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded, or the full amount applied to a future event within one year
    - 15–20 days before: Deposits are non-refundable, but a portion may be credited toward a future event within one year
    - 14 days or less: Deposits are non-refundable. We understand last-minute changes happen, but by that point we’ve already staffed for your event, ordered product, and finalized logistics. That being said, we’re happy to talk with you to see if a portion can be credited toward a future event.

    *Please note: if we’ve already ordered items like custom branding or non-standard items (perishable, non-returnable, or non-refundable), those costs will be deducted.

  • Complete our booking form, and we’ll follow up with a tailored quote and contract. Once your deposit is received, your date is officially reserved.
